SMS Program Terms

Effective date: November 6, 2026

Program

Program name: Mall Rat Alerts. Current campaign: Twilight Town Mall.

Mall Rat Alerts is a free, unofficial fan text alert service operated by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME]. For the Twilight Town Mall campaign, we send short texts when the public website falloutboy.com changes (new pages, images, or text) during its album-teaser event. Each campaign is a separate opt-in, and you only get texts for campaigns you join.

How you join

On the web: you sign up on the form at mallratalerts.com by entering your mobile number, ticking the consent box, and confirming you are 18 or older. We then send one text asking you to reply YES. You only get alerts after you reply YES. While we are in waitlist mode, no texts are sent until we launch.

By text: you can also join by texting a campaign keyword to (833) 596-1548. For Twilight Town Mall the keyword is FOB (also accepted: FALLOUTBOY or Fall Out Boy). When you text the keyword, you are asking to receive recurring automated texts for that campaign, and we reply with a welcome text that repeats the message frequency, rates, and how to opt out. By texting a keyword you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the number is yours or you are authorized to use it. If you text a keyword that we do not know, we reply once a day with the keywords we accept.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Up to 6 messages per day during big drops, usually fewer, and some days none. Texts are triggered by automated website checks and may arrive at any hour.

Cost

The service is free. Msg & data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any text to opt out. We also accept STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, and OPTOUT. Replying STOP stops all texts from that number. You will get one final text confirming you are unsubscribed. You can also opt out of a campaign on our unsubscribe page.

Help

Reply HELP to any text for help (it also lists the keyword for joining), or email hello@mallratalerts.com.

Rejoining

If you opted out by replying STOP, reply START to let us text you again, then text the keyword (FOB) or sign up again on the website.

Carriers

Supported on major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, and Verizon. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age

You must be 18 or older to sign up, and you may only sign up a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use.

Alert content

Alerts come from automated website checks. They may be late, incomplete, or wrong. Always check the official website. Texts contain no ads, offers, or third-party marketing.

Unofficial

Mall Rat Alerts is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Fall Out Boy, their management, or their record labels.

Privacy

See our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
