These terms cover your use of mallratalerts.com and the Mall Rat Alerts text alert service, operated by [OPERATOR LEGAL NAME], [OPERATOR ADDRESS]. Text messaging is also covered by our SMS Terms, and your information by our Privacy Policy.

The service

Mall Rat Alerts is free. It is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. Alerts may be late, missing, or wrong. We may change, pause, or end the service or any campaign at any time.

Message frequency, rates, and opting out

Message frequency varies, up to 6 messages per day during big drops. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help, or email hello@mallratalerts.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

• Only sign up a mobile number that you own or are authorized to use.
• Do not use bots or scripts to submit the forms, and do not try to interfere with the service.
• You must be 18 or older to sign up.

Unofficial project and trademarks

Mall Rat Alerts is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Fall Out Boy, their management, their record labels, or any artist or website we watch. Artist names and website names are used only to describe what we watch, and all trademarks belong to their owners. We do not host band logos, photos, or album art. We link to the official website instead. Rights holders can contact hello@mallratalerts.com and we will respond promptly.

Tips

If we offer a tip jar, tips are voluntary, unlock nothing, are non-refundable, and are not tax-deductible donations.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any missed, late, or inaccurate alert. Because the service is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to $10.

Call traceback cooperation

We cooperate with the Industry Traceback Group and the STI Governance Authority (STI-GA) and its policy administrator (STI-PA) in tracing the origin of messages when asked, and we respond to traceback requests promptly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING STATE], United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
